Fourth of July (Wildwood)
For Fourth of July, we invaded my aunt's shore house in Wildwood and spent the day at the beach.
Maia is all ready to hit the beach.
Maia quickly learns the joys of digging in the sand.
Liam quickly joins her.
Maia napped on the comfortable sand, in a breezy shade umbrella.
In the meantime, Liam got VERY muddy and became a Mud Monster!
Cole wasn't into the mud as much, but still had tons of fun with the sand.
Liam was in the cold ocean water so much that he actually needed a towel.
But he was happy to hang out in the chair with his cousin Corinne.
Later we took a walk onto the boardwalk for fudge and encountered a boat, which Liam proceeded to row away with...
...in search for treasure...
...as Captain of the ship.
After several hours on the beach, it was time to hang out in the dry coolness of my aunt's shore house.
Cole was happy to be inside as well.
